"Steven's Law," which requires insurance companies to cover autism treatment, was created in 2008 and inspired by Steven Ugol. As Cronkite News reporter Courtney Godfrey found out, Steven is yet again fighting for autism patients by encouraging a local service dog company to provide dogs specifically for autistic children.
